Shipping policy
Order Processing:
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order under normal conditions. Expect an email within those 2-3 business days to let you know that your order is on the way!
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hello@harkensweets.com as quickly as possible as we seek to ship all orders at 9AM ET on each business day that were received in the preceding 24 business hours.
Wintertime Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all orders during “wintertime” in the United States, which is defined as roughly mid-October through mid-April.
During this period, all orders are shipped via a UPS or USPS “ground” service with a target delivery within 5 business days.
Summertime Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all orders above $50 during “summertime” in the United States, which is defined as roughly mid-April through mid-October. For all orders below $50 during “summertime”, we charge a flat fee of $15 per order to cover the costs of additional packaging and faster shipping speeds to mitigate the effect of high temperatures on our products.
During this period, all orders are shipped via a UPS or USPS service with a target of delivery within 2 business days.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please see our Returns Policy for further detail. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not offer returns or exchanges given the perishable nature of our products.
